My wife and I stayed at the Knock House Hotel, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute drive from Knock Shrine, which was very convenient for us.
It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the staff made it extra special. When we arrived, the receptionist wished her a happy birthday, which was such a kind and genuinely unexpected gesture. Later, during lunch, we were surprised with a lovely cheesecake with a “Happy Birthday” message on it, and the staff even sang Happy Birthday to her. She was absolutely delighted, and it made the experience very memorable for both of us. ❤️
The hotel is very well located, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and we had a really good and peaceful rest. We also had lunch at the restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious.
A big thank you to all the staff for making my wife’s birthday so special. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Knock House Hotel. We hope to come back again!

Travelling with a companion who has restricted mobility, I can honestly say Knock House Hotel exceeded every expectation. The accessibility throughout the hotel was fantastic — from the thoughtful facilities in our room to the ease of moving around the communal areas, everything felt seamless and stress‑free.
Although we didn’t use the hotel’s accessibility bus to the Domaine (the apparition church, basilica, and surrounding areas), it was reassuring to know it was available if needed. Even without it, the route between the hotel and the main sanctuary was easy to negotiate, which made our days simple and enjoyable.
The food was good, plentiful, and comforting, and the daily servicing of the rooms kept everything spotless. It’s the kind of place where you feel genuinely cared for, and nothing is too much trouble.
In short: what’s not to love?
We left feeling relaxed, supported, and very grateful — and we’d happily return. Highly recommended.

Very good costumer service pre visit, the staff was helpful with questions and organising a shuttle from the train station to the hotel and back the next day.
Beautiful hotel, the staff was so helpful, kept our luggage until check in time, prebooked our dinner and breakfast reservations, the room was perfect and the food was fantastic.
It's less than 5 minutes walk from the shrine and 5 minutes from the village.
We were delighted with our stay and will stay there again next time we come to Knock.
